With the meltdown of the Real Estate Industry nationwide, Miami based Realtor Isaac Tobelen has decided to transition and venture out into the world of Home Based Business Ownership.

Shortsales were not the only problem - "servicing a listing was getting more and more expensive & sometimes it was done just to keep the client contempt, but reality is that there is a huge lack of qualified buyers right now. By the time I realized it I was breaking even when all was said and done"
Isaac also realized that the life he had envisioned for himself and his family did not include working 60-80 hour weeks and holding open houses on weekend instead of spending quality time with his family.
